AI features and data processors

When you use AI-backed tools (like survey summaries or parcel insights), the text and structured inputs you provide may be processed by trusted vendors such as OpenAI to generate a response. We only send the minimum context needed for the request and do not allow providers to reuse inputs for training.

Public-record data (parcels, zoning, tax records, elections, menus) comes from government and commercial datasets but OpenSkagit is not affiliated with Skagit County Government.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for session management and form protection. Analytics are limited to understanding site reliability and aggregate usage; we do not run ad trackers or sell browsing data.
